Who we share it with
Your details go to the local cleanup crew we match you with, so they can contact you and attend the property. That is the purpose you contacted us for, and it is the only operational sharing we do. We do not sell personal information. We do not share details of your situation with neighbours, media or anyone unconnected with your job.
What we never do
We never publish details, photographs or addresses from any job. We never use a family's situation in marketing. Crew files and call records are kept only as long as needed for the referral, your paperwork and legal record keeping.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted once your job and any related claim are complete. Write to the email address on the contact page and the request will be handled by a person, not a form letter.
